Biography

Jeremy Dubow, a founding partner, co-leads NDH’s tax group and is the company’s Chief Executive Officer. He provides sophisticated tax planning, consulting and preparation services to technology entrepreneurs and their companies, high net worth individuals and family offices. Jeremy also oversees NDH’s mergers and acquisitions practice and provides high-level tax consulting services to company founders throughout the business sale process.

As a tax generalist, Jeremy advises his clients on a wide range of tax issues from basic entity selection through sophisticated transaction structuring. His clients value his accessibility, communication, technical expertise and proactive problem solving. He is a leading authority on Qualified Small Business Stock planning and combines sophisticated income tax planning with complex estate planning.

Jeremy routinely speaks on behalf of the IL CPA Society on partnership tax matters and assists other CPAs on complex flow-through tax issues. He is actively involved in the IL CPA Society’s tax committees and is the former Chair of the Flow-Through Entities Committee and Tax Executive Committee.

Jeremy began his career in Arthur Andersen’s Middle Market Tax group and was later promoted to Tax Manager at Deloitte Tax before co-founding NDH. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and competing in endurance races. He is also NDH’s premier table tennis player.
