Adam Sher

Biography

Adam Sher provides CFO, M&A, and valuation services to NDH’s clients. Earlier in his career, he served as an outsourced and in-house CFO and COO for several real estate, software, fitness, and marketing companies, as well as a founder of a hardware technology company. Adam has a thorough understanding of companies’ needs from formation to exit. Some of the key areas in which he brings expertise are operational KPIs, partnership sales/buyouts, key account contract evaluations, financial modeling for capital events, due diligence room management, and business valuations. Adam’s operating experience includes the structure and negotiation of key employee contracts, selection and implementation of HR and benefits systems, institution of professional development programs, and management of customer success and sales teams. When he is not in the office, Adam may be found with his wife, three sons, and dog or on the tennis court.
