Colleen graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting. She started her career in Deloitte’s Chicago Audit practice, where she specialized in international manufacturing clients. She joined Kraft Foods’ SEC reporting team, and worked on the spinoff of Kraft Foods from Mondelez International. Following the spin-off, she joined private-equity backed Surgery Partners. Following a successful exit, she worked at two venture-capital-backed technology startups. She joined our firm in 2023 to build the accounting, finance, reporting & analysis infrastructure.
