Biography

With over a decade of experience in tax consulting and income tax compliance, Moshe is a tax adviser with a broad range of knowledge of tax issues at the federal, state, and local levels, including expertise in high-net-worth tax planning, executive compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and partnership taxation.

Moshe graduated from Yeshiva University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2008. He has worked at small and large-sized public accounting firms, as well as for an ultra-high-net-worth private family office. He has developed an extensive understanding of the complex tax landscape and the unique needs of different types of clients. As a tax generalist, Moshe has knowledge in a broad range of tax issues that helps him provide comprehensive and strategic tax advice to clients across various industries and fields of taxation.

In 2019, Moshe joined NDH LLP as a tax manager and quickly became an invaluable member of the team. In 2023, he was promoted to Partner for his knowledge and dedication to providing the best service to clients. As a tax adviser, Moshe focuses on tax consulting and income tax compliance for family offices, executives, privately held businesses, and private equity and venture capital groups. He has a deep understanding of the unique tax needs of his clients and helps them develop personalized strategies to achieve their goals.

Moshe is also actively involved in the Illinois CPA Society and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest tax developments and trends and using that knowledge to help his clients succeed.

Outside of work, Moshe is a proud husband and father of three children and enjoys spending time with his family.

  • Favorite thing about NDH: The people! We have an amazing team here at NDH, and I feel lucky to learn from and work alongside such talented and dedicated individuals every day.
  • Favorite NDH outing you’ve been on: Our 20th Anniversary glamping trip to Camp Aramoni was unforgettable. We had a great time bonding and enjoying the beautiful scenery at Starved Rock State Park.
  • Favorite vacation you’ve taken: Last summer my family and I spent 5 unbelievable weeks in Israel. We toured holy sites, explored and excavated ancient caves, swam in the Mediterranean, and enjoyed the middle eastern cuisine.
  • Favorite way to celebrate your birthday: I like to celebrate at home with my family. The kids make me cards and we order sushi.
  • What would your last meal be? Anything my wife makes! Everything she makes is amazing; she’s a great cook.
  • Favorite workout or sport to play? Swimming is a personal favorite, but cardio and weights at the gym also gets the job done.
